Well, here we are, one full week, and 10 lbs down. I couldn't be happier! I am energetic, motivated and encouraged every day! Success will not come unless the mind changes with the body. This is NOT a diet, you have to change your mind at the same time.
Just a thought...a plate of lettuce with bell pepper and a tiny piece of chicken is just that BUT make chicken and bell pepper scewered kabobs, grilled or broiled, with yummy dried herbs and spices served on a bed of greens and it is a YUMMY feast for the eyes and the tummy!
This is me after one week and 10 lbs lost. I see a difference. I feel a difference. I am different.
